Rooted in nature. Built for humanity.
A living tradition — herbs, kitchen pharmacy, panchakarma, yoga therapy, dosha-based nutrition and practitioner training. Shop daily-use Ayurvedic products, book consultations or train to become a guide.

Rooted in the Atharva Veda and refined over five thousand years, Ayurveda treats the human being as a whole — body, mind, sense organs and spirit. Naturopathy adds the five elements as therapy — earth, water, fire, air and ether — using mud, water, fasting, sunlight and pranic breath to restore the body's own healing.
At Universal Farm we grow the herbs, formulate the medicines, host the therapies and train the practitioners — a complete circle, from soil to seeker.
Every body is a unique blend of three doshas — Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Knowing yours guides what you eat, how you move and how you heal.
